With the addition of so many new mega cruise liners the cruise industry has cabin inventory with thousands of berths that they must fill each week or every two weeks. Cruisers expect these beautiful ships with a plethora of entertainment venues, shops and itineraries to choose from everyday when taking a cruise vacation. Everyone that has enjoyed the cruise experience knows that cruise lines are forever trying to come up with new ideas and interesting things to entice new and repeat cruisers. The ships are getting glitzier and the perks are getting better and better. Here are a few things that the cruise lines have added to their rosters to coax you into taking your next cruise vacation on one of their ships.
The world is health conscious today, and the cruise lines have noticed this trend. The first thing that they have decided to revamp and extend is their sports activities to cater to those cruisers who wish to indulge in the cruise experience without leaving their fitness routine behind. Royal Caribbean, for example, not only offers its rock climbing wall but has added a forty foot wave pool, an ice skating rink and a boxing arena for guests to learn how to bunch a bag. These are all very diverse activities sure to meet the tastes of almost everyone on board. On the higher end of cruise lines, SeaDreams Yachts has a retractable marina. The marina opens so that guests may enjoy all kinds of water sports including snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking, and wakeboarding. The ship is even equipped with "Segways" for the clients to borrow to get around the ship or at tour ports when docked. Segways are high tech motor scooters rarely seen in port towns which make them doubly enjoyable.
Even non cruisers know the cruise lines reputation for good food, all of the time. Now the ships are creating activities that include the cruise guests when it comes to the culinary arts. The cruise lines want to show you how to prepare great food, present it and to savor it, a talent you can take back to your own kitchen. Holland America for one, has instituted the Culinary Arts Centers fleet wide. Each year they invite 20 well known culinary experts to sail and host cooking classes. Silversea on the other hand, has had Viking create a show kitchen on the beautiful Silver Wind. Jacques Pepin is the star of Oceania's ships doing cooking lessons, taking guests on culinary excursions in port and dining with the passengers on board. What aspiring chef would not be delighted with that?
During this time, as the cruise lines are teaching you about gourmet food what would be the perfect pairing? Well, Wine of course. Carnival has taken this step by introducing the wine-themed vacation called the Presidential Wine Club Cruise. On this wine themed Caribbean cruise they offer seminars and wine tastings from famous vineyards. They have even included the Michelin-starred chef Georges Blanc to oversee culinary dishes that are wine friendly. Silversea has instituted the Slow Food Experience excursions on its Genoa, Italy itinerary. With this unique program passengers become students at the University of Gastronomic Sciences for one day and then visit the nearby Wine Bank that has the top wines produced by 200 Italian vineyards. When touring the Iberian Peninsula, Princess Cruise passengers get to create their very own cognac in Camus, France at a family owned distiller. Another Princess Cruise line offering is a trip to Leith near Edinburgh, Scotland where you can visit a Scottish Malt Whisky Society and have single-malt tastings.
When it comes to spas, some cruisers will book just for that experience. Celebrity Cruises has packages that you can book ahead of time with a variety of spa treatments. Some of their exotic treatments include the Ceremony of Milk and Ginger, the Asian Ceremony of the Stone or the pricey Daily Well-Being Ritual. With all packages you have unlimited use of the Thalassotherapy pool. Costa Cruises offers the largest spa at sea on their Concordia. In the 20,000+ square foot spa there are Turkish baths, Rock saunas and thermals. If you book a suite on the Concordia, or a spa cabin, you have unlimited access to the Ristorante Samsaru where Chef Ettore Bocchia, another Michelin starred professional, has created the menu. All of the major cruise lines have choices which include aerobics, work out rooms with equipment, saunas, whirlpools and special programs like yoga or toning and stretching.
Because of our hectic world some people just don't want to be without internet access. Well, the cruise industry has answered your concerns. It is safe to say that all of the mega liners have internet access. Some have portals in each berth while others have internet cafes. On the higher end cruise lines you can borrow lap tops to use in your cabin. Each cruise line is different, some charge for usage or some use it as a perk for repeat cruisers. For instance, Princess Cruises has free internet usage for their Captains Club members after they have sailed a certain amount of times on the Princess ships. The cruise lines clubs (once you have sailed on a particular cruise line you are automatically a club member) all have different "perks" for different levels of repeat cruisers but that is for another discussion.
As you can see, the cruise lines are keeping up with all cruisers demands so you have lots of options to choose from on your next cruise vacation. Check out all the cruise lines with your Travel Agent and pick the one that is tailor made for your needs.

Cruise Lines Enhance the Cruise Experience by Offering Up-to-date Amenities

Determining the Number of Phone Lines Your Business Needs
Depending on your specific company profile, the number of phone lines your business will need can vary. While you certainly don't need one phone line per employee, you also don't want to cut too many corners.
To help you decide how many phone lines your business will need, consider the following:
The majority of your employees are in the field: If you have a construction company with 50 employees and only four of them work in the office, leaving the rest at job sites, you don't need 50 phone lines. Instead, you would be wise to purchase four lines for your office employees, plus one voicemail line and one or two lines for your fax machines. You can vary this configuration of course. If your business is very busy, consider purchasing three or four lines for faxes.
You have a large volume of incoming and outgoing daily calls: If you own a telemarketing company with 25 employees, each making phone calls 8 hours a day, you should consider purchasing 35 or 40 lines just for the calls your employees make. Adding another two lines for faxes is a good idea as well.
As a rule of thumb, if your business has about 15 employees you should consider purchasing one phone line for every employee who makes calls in your office. But if your business has more than 15 employees, a cheaper solution is to move to a dedicated circuit that contains 24 phone lines.
Interestingly enough, if your business is growing, you will actually need fewer phone lines per employee as the number of employees increases. While this increased number of employees will most certainly be making more calls, the probability is low that every employee will be making or receiving calls at exactly the same time. Most likely, when one employee hangs up the phone to do some work, another will be picking up the phone to make another call.
To get an understanding of your business' phone call volume, go over your phone bill's itemized list of calls to determine the number of calls made during peak times. A better approach is to scan your phone bill and determine whether every phone number is being used. If several of your phone numbers are set as inbound faxes or are set for your security system and are not currently being used, then you most likely have too many lines.
On the flip side though, if customers, employees or associates complain that they keep getting a busy signal when calling your business, you probably need to add some more lines.
Before rushing out and buying more phone lines, make sure to troubleshoot the bottleneck in your phone system. It could be caused by a card failure that caused you to lose ten lines in your phone system. If after troubleshooting your hardware and you find no problem, order additional lines to match the number of people affected by the shortage of lines. Perhaps the Human Resources department hired 20 more people and did not tell you. If during peak calling times, 10 people in your office can't get outside lines, order 12 more lines.
In summary, the number of phone lines you business needs depends on the number of employees in the office (as opposed to out in the field) and the volume of their calls during peak calling times. Taking a look at your business' past calling records will help greatly in determining the number of phone lines needed.
Get a Line of Credit for Your Small Business
Now the small business owner can get a line of credit with no hassle. Even in today's economic climate with banks faltering and the stock market declining, smart banks and credit companies are still looking to invest in small business opportunities. Oftentimes, a line of credit can mean the difference between success and failure for a small business.
Lines of credit can be used to purchase inventory, pay utility bills, manage payroll, advertise, or to fund expansion projects. A line of credit can also allow a small business to weather downward trends in sales without having to make painful budget cuts and unpopular layoffs. A line of credit also allows a small business to avoid high interest loans from traditional banking institutions. Lines of credit are also much simpler to manage than typical loans or financial advancements, and securing a line of credit for your small business has never been easier.
While traditional banking institutions offer lines of credit for your small business, there are also other options. Conventional credit card companies are great resources a line of credit. They usually offer introductory low interest rates, flexible payment options, and are usually easier to secure than small business loans from a bank. The Internet is great tool to utilize when searching for an available line of credit for your small business. There are several web sites that offer searchable databases of credit offers. You can limit the search by any number of criteria, making each search specialized to your particular needs. These details can include credit limits, payment options, interest rates, and credit company options. Also, by applying online, many credit card companies offer different and better credit line terms for small businesses. These better terms can mean the difference between success and failure in a competitive business environment.
While credit card companies are a great and easy way to secure lines of credit for your small business, a bank can also be a good place to look for a line of credit. The terms may not be as good initially as a credit line issued from a credit card company (especially from an online application for credit), but banks a generally more trust worthy and the credit line terms are more predictable. When applying online for credit lines, there can be hidden terms or stipulations that are hidden in pages upon pages of small print. It is often difficult to realize all the terms and limitations of an online credit line. Interest rates are a good example. While introductory rates can seem excellent, once those introductory rates expire, the interest rate can skyrocket. This increased interest rate can cost your small business thousands of hard earned dollars, thus straining your business' bottom line. Credit lines issued from banking institutions are more straightforward, and while their introductory interest rates are not generally as desirable as online credit institutions, the increased rate is generally much lower. When trying to secure a line of credit for your small business all aspects of the credit line are important. While credit lines can help your small business purchase inventory, pay employees, and weather downturns in sales, the wrong terms for your credit line can cost your small business thousands of dollars.

Home Equity Line Of Credit - Is There A Prepayment Penalty?
For the most part, homeowners are familiar with home equity loans and home equity lines of credit. With either option, you are able to acquire funds for emergencies, home improvement projects, etc. Getting a line of credit and using your home's equity to your advantage is a huge benefit to owning a home. However, before completing the credit application, homeowners should carefully read and understand the credit line agreement.
How Does a Home Equity Line of Credit Work?
A home equity line of credit is a credit line that is based on your home's equity. For example, if you owe $80,000 on a $120,000 mortgage, your home's equity is $40,000. When applying for a home equity line of credit, the lender will approve you for a credit line up to the amount of your home's equity. Lines of credit are slightly different than home equity loans. While home equity loans are also based on your home's equity, homeowners obtain a lump sum of money upon approval of their loan application. These loans are generally based on a fixed rate, whereas lines of credit have variable rates.
How to Obtain Funds with a Home Equity Line of Credit
Getting money from your home equity line of credit is very simple. Once a lender approves your line of credit, you will be issued a checkbook or ATM card. Whenever you need cash, you simply write yourself a check from your credit line. Because the amount you withdraw from a line of credit varies, your monthly payments will also vary. If you prefer a predictable monthly payment, a home equity loan will best suit your needs.
Home Equity Line of Credit Prepayment Penalty
Home equity lines of credit have specific terms. Your lender may approve your line of credit for 10 to 25 years. At the end of the term, you must re-apply to obtain another credit line. Home equity lines of credit are similar to other mortgage loans in regards to prepayment penalties.
Before applying and accepting a lender's offer, carefully review the offer and inquire of prepayment penalties. With a prepayment penalty, you are charged a fee if the credit line is closed before the end of the term. Typical fees are about $500. However, if the balance on your line of credit is zero, but the account remains open for future withdrawals, prepayment fees will not apply.

Using Trend Lines For Entry And Exit Signals
Dear Fellow Trader.
Although a trend line is very basic and probably the most basic technical indicator, it is very valuable in many ways.
In order to draw a trend line one needs at least 2 points to connect. This is usually done by connecting the first and the last closing price over a period of time say, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months etc. It's entirely up to you. If you trade short-term you would take a shorter period and with long-term trades the period that the trend line will cover would obviously be longer.
However, at this point it is only a tentative trend line. The trend line will become more and more valid after the prices have tested the tentative trend line several times maintaining the overall trend. Once a valid trend line is in place, it becomes useful in many ways.
One of the basic concepts of a trend is that a trend in motion is more likely to continue than reverse. In addition, a trend also takes on a certain slope as identified by the trend line, and will usually maintain that same slope. Therefore a trend line not only helps determine buying and selling points, but is also useful in signaling a changing trend.
An uptrend line provides an area of support where investors can buy equity whereas a downtrend line provides an area of resistance where investors would sell equity.
Support, also known as support level, is simply a trend line where prices tend to drop to but don't pass through. Once touched, prices then rebound back up again. Vice-versa, resistance is a trend line where prices tent to move up to but don't pass through. Once touched, prices will then drop again.
Now this obviously doesn't happen all the time. A trend line can also be broken where prices will then move in the opposite direction creating a new opposite trend.
So as long as a trend line remains intact, it can be used to determine buying and selling areas. Once a trend is broken, it is a signal of a change in the trend and all positions in the direction of the previous trend should be closed.
If you choose to use a trend line to trade with a prevailing trend, then you should trade in the direction of that trend. There's an adage that says: "the trend is your friend". And that's how you should treat a trend especially if you trade short-term. It is not so important with long-term investments. But on short-term it definitely is! In other words, during an uptrend you would buy stocks or call options and during a downtrend you would sell stocks or buy put options.
When using trend lines, it is important to be aware of how long a trend has already been in place and when the trend is about to end. At major turning points, the crowd is often wrong about the direction meaning that at these point the masses usually get heavily involved with a trend just as it is about to reverse.
Knowing how to identify these trend changes will present one of the most profitable trading opportunities, because when a trend line is broken the stock will usually assert itself strongly in the direction of the break.
What Constitutes A Valid Break Of A Trend?
As a general rule, it can be said that a stock needs to close below an uptrend line or above a downtrend line to constitute a valid break. But even then, the break should be followed by at least one or two other subsequent closes below the trend line before it can be considered a valid break.
Just too often, a break of an uptrend is just due to profit taking. Then, the next day, investors often pick up on this stock that has now become cheaper and buy into it again continuing the uptrend the stock was in just before it droped.
In addition it can be said that the longer the trend has been in place, the stronger the trend is. And more often than not, a penetretion of a significant trend will lead to a large move in the direction of the break.

Investing Strictly on the Winner: How to Read a Mlb Line
NCAA brackets are easy to understand, pick a winner and hope your team comes in. Understanding Vegas and the NFL is also easy, pick a team to stay within or win by 'x' amount of points and you are golden. But baseball (and hockey, NASCAR, tennis and more) is a bit more complicated. To profit off these sports, you primarily wager on what is called a Money Line. So, what Is the Money Line? Like the point spread you see in the NFL, the money line is used to equal out the attractiveness of the favorite and the underdog for the typical bettor.
Money line results are decided by an event's straight-up winner, without regard to any point spread, since there is no point spread. Odds makers set the money line so that more money must be risked on the favorite (the expected winner) and less money on the underdog in an effort to balance the willingness of bettors to back the respective sides of a contest. Many things go into a money line, which makes for another great article. However, in terms of the average bettor's concern, the money line allows you to profit more when you feel strong about an underdog's chances of winning. In more private circles, money lines are the equivalent to a team winning 'straight up', meaning without run/point help.
So why use this money line system instead of a point spread? If a point spread were used with baseball, the smallest amount a line could be moved would be a ½ run, which would be much more significant than a ½-point move in basketball or football. Using a point spread in baseball would not allow an evening of the action with the necessary precision, so rather, a money line is used.
So, how do you read a money line? It's actually quite simple. Let's take a line SD (-115) @ TB (+104). This was an actual recent MLB line during interleague play. To bet the favorite, the San Diego Padres, an investor would have to wager $115 to win $100, while a bet on the Devil Rays would only require a $100 to win $104. The numbers scale appropriately based on your actual wager amount. However, the line is always based on amounts of $100 for listing purposes.
Every $115 bet on the Padres nets a $100 profit if they win (plus the return of the $115 risked). If the Devil Rays pull off the upset, $100 bet on the underdog would profit $104 (plus the return of the $100 risked).
Keep in mind that sportsbooks only make a commission (also known as juice or vigorish) when the favorite loses. In this example, if the Padres were to lose the game, the book pays off $104 to underdog bettors while collecting $115 from favorite bettors, for an $11 profit.
If the Padres win as expected, favorite bettors collect $100 while dog bettors lose $100 – resulting in zero profit for the sportsbook. The bigger the favorite, the less likely the underdog will win (and the less likely the book will collect their commission). To compensate for making a profit less often, offshore sportsbooks increase the spread between the favorite's lay price and the underdog's payoff, making their commission bigger when the longshot underdog does win. This is why comparing online sportsboook odds with Vegas odds will often show a difference.
As with most things, the more you learn, the more you need to know. Now that you can read a MLB line, other questions come into play. Is it more profitable to wager online or offline? What does the +- 1.5 mean? Are money lines more profitable when offered in other sports than point spreads? Any good handicapper should be able to freely answer these questions for you. So get in there, search around and start profiting today. Major League Baseball and money line wagers can work wonders on your profit margin in your sports investing portfolio! By the way, the Padres won this game, 7-1.

Line of Credit is What You Should Learn About!
I do not know how much you incomparable reader is acquainted with about line of credit arrangement but I think you should learn more about it. A line of credit refers to a credit facility that permit a borrower to take advances, during a comprehensible period, up to the predetermined (line limit) and reimburse the advances at the borrower's prudence. This is obviously with the exemption that the total principal balance plus accumulated interest is due on the maturity date.
If you are a lucky entrepreneur of a growing business, an operating line of credit will be reliable in provision of liquidity during the operating phase of the business. The level of control is determined by the supposed credit worthiness and the line limit. For minor lines to companies with good credit, there may be no dynamic controls on line of credit procedure in the sense that, the customer can take advances and reimburse advances as pleased to. Characteristically, line usage is only analyzed yearly, or during the renewal periods. If the line did bring the expectations, during the year, the line of credit would usually be converted to a totally amortizing term loan and hence done away with.
Moreover, for bigger lines of credit, and for companies estimated to have reliable credit worthiness, the line may be more strongly monitored. For a completely restricted line, a borrower would be required to put forward a daily accounting of revenues and expenses along with a borrowing foundation certification calculating how much is available on the line and how much of an advance is needed that day.
With a completely restricted line, all returns compilation are mailed by the payee straightforwardly to a bank safe custody and all costs deposited to a bank control account not reachable by the borrower. The borrower requests operating funds by means of the borrowing base certificate process described earlier. The complete process is further monitored by annual or semi-annual revenue assessment in which its quality is determined.
The loan contract for a completely controlled line of credit often affirms what type of returns are acceptable as security and may spell out a period of time when the company is to be debt free as to utilization of the line. A line of credit may also be used to support an import and or export letter of credit often used with intercontinental transactions.
You should also learn how credit cards, notwithstanding the convenient and useful way to disburse for products and services, also encourages extreme spending that front debt accumulation and high interest rates on the money due. Understanding why the exploitation of credit cards is suggested only for those who intend to pay off the balance each month, and consider the types of credit cards carefully is vital.
However before going to borrow you should check your credit report for errors on it, and this can damage your ability to borrow. That is the reason why it is important to verify your credit reports from time to time and get errors determined. You can access the procedure for the best means of doing this online and there you could also access the contacts of the largest and famous credit reporting agencies you could consult.
